These sexual concerns can be very distressing for clients. Many of my clients have tried to change their behaviors on their own but have found it difficult to stop. As a result, they feel ashamed, helpless and isolated. Oftentimes clients come to me after experiencing negative consequences as a result of their sexual behaviors, such as a breach of trust in their relationship, or losing a job. 

As a Certified Sex Therapist specializing in "sex addiction"-- what I call Out of Control Sexual Behavior-- I offer a non-judgmental space to help you identify and regulate the behaviors that aren't serving you, while also cultivating the kind of relationship you want to have with your sexuality.

I am LGBTQIA+ and kink affirming and practice from a model that does not pathologize consensual/ethical non-monogamy, less conventional turn ons, or non-heteronormative behavior. Rather than restricting the definition of sexual health to particular sexual acts, I use the Six Principles Of Sexual Health to help clients identify whether or not a behavior is serving them.
